These Terms govern your use of Biztoch and related services. By accessing or using Biztoch, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Biztoch

You must provide accurate information for your business.
You are responsible for content you publish in your catalog.
Do not use Biztoch for illegal or harmful activities.

Orders and sales

Biztoch provides tools to record orders and sales. All transactions occur between you and your customers. Biztoch does not process payments or guarantee fulfillment.

Telegram workflows

Telegram-based ordering is supported through direct chat and bot notifications. You are responsible for managing conversations and confirming orders with customers.

Postiz integration

If you choose to use the Postiz content scheduler as part of Biztoch, you agree to provide any required permissions for scheduling posts. You are responsible for the content you schedule and for complying with platform policies.

Availability

Biztoch is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, suspend, or change features to improve the product or meet legal requirements.

Termination

You may stop using Biztoch at any time. We may suspend access if we detect misuse or violations of these Terms.
