Biztoch Terms of Service

By accessing or using Biztoch, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Biztoch.

2. Biztoch Services

Biztoch provides tools for small businesses, including:

Online product catalogs
Order, sales, and inventory management
Reporting and backoffice features
Social media content publishing and scheduling
Integrations with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok

All features together are referred to as the “Biztoch Services.”

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of a business to use Biztoch.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Social Media Publishing

If you connect social media accounts to Biztoch:

You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage those accounts
All content published is created, reviewed, and approved by you
Biztoch only publishes content based on your direct actions
Biztoch does not send unsolicited messages to customers
You are responsible for complying with each platform’s rules and terms

5. Orders, Inventory, and Records

Biztoch helps you record and manage business activity. You are responsible for ensuring that product information, stock levels, prices, and order details are accurate.

Biztoch does not guarantee sales, delivery outcomes, or customer behavior.

6. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and availability may change over time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

misuse Biztoch for illegal or harmful activities
attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use
use Biztoch to spam or harass others

8. Third-Party Services

Biztoch integrates with third-party platforms. Biztoch is not responsible for:

outages or API changes
actions taken by third-party platforms
limitations imposed by those platforms

9. Service Availability

Biztoch is provided “as is.” We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Termination

You may stop using Biztoch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biztoch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Biztoch means you accept the updated Terms.
